Prices

   Prices listed do not include freight, handling fees, or taxes and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Market Sensitive Commodity items will be priced according to current market conditions.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.

Terms

   We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at point of purchase unless preapproved payment terms are used.  Net 30 terms is offered for approved customers. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (EST). We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: 

UPS, FedEx, Estes LTL

Note: Cut-off for NDA deliveries is 2pm EST.

Rates

Shipping rates (or rates for any item shipping outside the 48 contiguous US states) are based on the weight of your product(s), and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Shipping rates may vary dependent on location, weight, and carrier.

Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Return Instructions

Please email us to request a return and you will be issued an RMA number. Mail your returned item (along with the RMA paperwork) to the address specified on the RMA.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
