What if I don't see exactly what I need?

We offer many more products than what we can advertise on this site. Feel free to give us a call or email us if you have a specific item you are looking for.

 

What is your return policy?

We know that sometimes there arises a need to return something you've ordered. HoistExperts accepts returns using the following guidelines:
To receive a credit or exchange for goods returned, the following requirements apply:

  1. Returns must be current models of our catalog items.
  2. Written authorization to return materials must be obtained from Customer Service before shipment and must be accompanied by a return goods authorization number, or the return will not be accepted.
  3. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned goods.
  4. Requests to return must be made within 30 days of invoice date
  5. Restocking fees are 30% for standard items. Custom items may or may not be eligible for return. Please call or email if you have questions about a specific item.
  6. Product must be returned in original packaging
  7. Any necessary reconditioning costs will reduce credit issued. We reserve the right to issue credit at purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

 

How does Hoist Experts handle shipping?

Items we stock typically ship same day. Items in stock with the manufacturer typically ship within 2-3 business days. Special-order items may have longer lead times. Smaller items typically ship via UPS, larger items are sent via freight (typically Estes Express). If you do not have dock access, or have other special shipping requests, please let us know!

 

What payment forms do you accept?

Hoist Experts accepts all major credit cards, checks, and money orders. We also offer net 30 terms for approved customers.
